Attorney Richard Brueckner has nearly a decade’s worth of experience as a Senior Assistant State’s Attorney. During this time, he won more than 80 jury trials and achieved successful outcomes in thousands of other cases involving drug charges, drunk driving offenses, and weapons charges.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego, where he earned academic honors and was on the dean’s list. He continued his education at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received distinction for Advanced Trial Advocacy. During his time in law school, he was also an active member of the Student Bar Association, became a certified legal intern, and worked at the Law Office of James Rudolph assisting with the misdemeanor and felony criminal cases.

During that time, he developed a passion for defending those accused of importation of drug charges. For more than a decade, Mr. Brueckner has successfully represented both high profile clients and ordinary citizens.
